Prior to the vehicle's recovery, the deceased elder's son, Sandeep, had accused the police of being sluggish in their investigation. Despite the fact that the family had provided the accident's CCTV footage, it was said that neither the car nor its driver could be located. However, shortly thereafter, the car was found parked at a Delhi parking facility.
Police recovered vehicle from parking lot
Noida police had earlier located the Audi car in Delhi with the aid of CCTV cameras. They retrieved the car from the NBCC parking lot near Delhi's AIIMS after assembling seven teams to conduct the search and scanning footage from about 150 CCTV cameras. It was a Haryana-registered Audi. Following the car's recovery, the driver was also arrested, and the search for the car owner is ongoing.
