In this devastating event, while the brother-in-law succumbed to his injuries, his sister is seriously wounded. The accident occurred near Nirsa on the GT Road in Dhanbad. The injured sister is currently undergoing treatment.

Pankaj Tripathi's sister has been admitted to SNMMC Hospital in Dhanbad. Her condition is reported to be worrying. Relatives who reached the hospital shared that Tripathi's sister and brother-in-law were traveling from Gopalganj to Kolkata in a Swift car when the accident occurred near Nirsa, resulting in the death of the actor's brother-in-law and hospitalization of his sister.

According to the relatives, Pankaj Tripathi's brother-in-law, Munna Tiwari, was driving the car with his wife Sarita also present. However, the family is unable to provide details on how the accident happened. A relative, Sujit Tiwari, mentioned, 'We rushed to the hospital as soon as we learned about the road accident.' The family is perplexed regarding the circumstances of the accident.
Notably, it is said that Pankaj Tripathi will soon be arriving in Dhanbad to be with his sister and take care of her. On the work front, Tripathi was recently seen in the OTT release 'Murder Mubarak' as a police inspector. This murder mystery also stars Karishma Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan, Vijay Varma, Tisca Chopra, and Dimple Kapadia, but it has not received a significant response.
