The conflict between Russia and Ukraine persists. A startling piece of information has emerged about the war, indicating that at the end of 2022, Russia had a plan to launch a nuclear attack on Ukraine. This devastating plan was reportedly halted thanks to the pivotal role played by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and leaders from several countries.

Officials Make a Claim

CNN released a report on Sunday, which claimed, citing two senior officials, that in 2022, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and leaders of some countries conversed with the Russian President to prevent the imminent nuclear attack on Ukraine.

According to the report, the officials revealed that the US administration, led by President Joe Biden, was concerned about Russia potentially ending the conflict with Ukraine using tactical or nuclear weapons. This prompted conversations with India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other nations' leaders, sending a clear message that ultimately aided in averting this dire crisis.
