Today marks the commencement of a grand three-day festival celebrating the first anniversary of the consecration of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will inaugurate the event, transforming Ayodhya into an abode of divine celebration. Following the grand consecration of Ram Lalla, CM Yogi will address the congregation from Angad Teela, where a large assembly of sages and saints is expected. Meticulous preparations have been completed by the trust and district administration for this magnificent celebration taking place from January 11 to 13, with renowned artists from the music and art world making their presence felt.
Sources reveal that both Deputy CMs are also anticipated to join today’s ceremony in Ayodhya. CM Yogi’s visit will last approximately five hours. The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust has organized this splendid three-day event from January 11 to 13, celebrating a divine cultural amalgam.
The event will feature cultural performances by prominent personalities from the music, art, and literary spheres. CM Yogi Adityanath will arrive in Ayodhya at around 10 AM. All kinds of passes for the event have been suspended for the three days. The proceedings will be broadcast on national television, ensuring widespread reach.
The temple complex is adorned with over 50 quintals of flowers, with striking decorations at VIP Gate Number 11 and other entrances. The municipal corporation has instructed tree lighting to enhance the festive aura and preparations for the grand festival. Security has been ramped up, with police and administration on high alert to ensure safety.

Along with the presence of the Chief Minister and other dignitaries, major traffic diversions have been planned to ensure smooth access. SSP Rajkaran Nayyar mentioned significant police deployment, including female officers, and stringent checks at entry points to enhance security.
CM Yogi Adityanath will perform the aarti for Ram Lalla and offer a ceremonial meal. He will also conduct sacred rituals at the yajnashala. The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust has orchestrated every detail of this spectacular festivity. In the future, to enhance the annual celebration, something unique will be added each year, inspired by the Diwali festival of lights. Fifty-six varieties of offerings will be prepared for Ram Lalla, later distributed as sacred prasad to the devotees, ensuring that every devotee experiences the divine grace generously.
Chief Priest Satyendra Das explained that a special ceremony will be held for Ram Lalla, which will include an offering of fragrant essences following a ceremonial bath. Thereafter, new garments with a golden hue will be adorned, complemented by flower garlands. The entirety of Ayodhya has become engulfed in divine celebrations. The grandiosity observed during the consecration festival is being mirrored with similar magnificence in this annual event, in a perfect blend of grandeur and spirituality.
