As the Managing Director of Adani Group's Agro and Oil & Gas segments, Pranav Adani passionately discussed Bihar's development and investment prospects at the Agenda Aajtak event, Future of India session. Sharing his optimistic vision for Bihar's growth, he emphasized the state's power projects and the potential to create over 53,000 jobs, mentioning his personal visits to Bihar's investment summits.

Reflecting on Bihar's power projects and the optimistic outlook towards 53,000 jobs, Adani stressed the importance of foundational developments necessary for connectivity in the region. Responding to why the optimism towards Bihar, he shared, "I personally attended Bihar's investors summits twice and realized the immense opportunities there. As someone originally from Bihar, you know the enthusiasm of its youth, who unfortunately lack local opportunities and thus migrate to other cities."

'People Want to Stay in Bihar'

Adani added, "We feel that if opportunities are provided locally, as seen during COVID when many returned, they want to stay and contribute to Bihar. With development, nothing can hold Bihar back."

'We Built a Cement Plant There'

He further elaborated, "Today, with energy access, the government recognizes the need for resources. We've established a cement plant and undertaken two or three road projects with smart meters. Bihar is gaining momentum in development and in the days to come, it will transform significantly."
