Attacks by Russia on Ukraine have grown increasingly devastating. Early Saturday morning, Russia launched another massive assault on Ukraine's energy infrastructure. Explosions echoed across the nation, particularly in Kyiv, leaving around 1.2 million properties without power as temperatures plummeted to a frigid -10 degrees Celsius.
Ukraine's Deputy Prime Minister, Oleksii Kuleba, reported that late-night circumstances in Kyiv witnessed over 3,200 buildings without heating. By morning, the number rose to approximately 6,000, somewhat decreased by emergency repairs. He mentioned more than 160 emergency teams are tirelessly working to restore heating systems in the capital.
