Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel expanded the Gujarat Cabinet. The oath-taking ceremony of the Gujarat government took place at Mahatma Mandir in Gandhinagar, where 19 ministers were sworn in, including Rivaba Jadeja, who is an MLA from Jamnagar North at 34 years old. Rivaba Jadeja has been appointed as a minister, demonstrating her growing influence in politics. She joined the BJP in March 2019 and is now a minister in the Gujarat government. She married Team India all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja in 2016.
