During the election campaign, Rivaba Jadeja also mentioned that the family faced no issues related to the election. She emphasized the importance of respecting diverse ideologies within a family. Rivaba expressed her faith in the people of Jamnagar, confident that BJP would emerge victorious with a significant margin.
Consequently, Rivaba achieved a resounding victory in that election, defeating her nearest rival from the Aam Aadmi Party, Karsanbhai Karamur. Rivaba secured 88,835 votes, while Karsanbhai received 35,265 votes.
Meanwhile, father-in-law Aniruddha Singh Jadeja backed Bipendra Singh Chatursinh Jadeja, who managed only 23,274 votes.
Tension Between Jadeja's Sister Nayanaba and Rivaba
In 2021, a dispute arose between Jadeja's sister Nayanaba and her sister-in-law Rivaba. At that time, Nayanaba was actively involved in Congress politics, while Rivaba had entered BJP's political arena. Additionally, Rivaba served as the president of Saurashtra's Karni Kshatriya Sena.
The altercation between the sisters-in-law originated from a political event. Rivaba attended a program where she addressed a large gathering but was criticized by Nayanaba for not properly wearing a mask, leading to a spat.

Ravindra Jadeja, 35, completed 15 years in international cricket a day earlier (Thursday). Unexpectedly, he made headlines on Friday when his father Aniruddha Singh Jadeja made shocking remarks about him and declared no relationship with his son and daughter-in-law Rivaba.
