Five individuals from Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Nagar in Chandauli district, Uttar Pradesh, currently find themselves stranded in a Dubai hotel. Prince, the son of hotel businessman Ajay Jain, is set to marry in April. For his pre-wedding shoot, Prince, his younger brother, fiancée, and her brother and sister-in-law traveled to Dubai four days ago. They had booked their return tickets for March 2, but due to the outbreak of war in Iran, their return is now on hold. The family is staying near the iconic Burj Khalifa and is seeking safe return through an appeal to Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Now, instead of dreaming about the beginning of their new life, the family is praying for a safe return from their hotel room. Though they are connected via video calls with their relatives, the anxiety and fear due to being unable to return home are evident on the children’s faces during these conversations.

Appeal to the Government by Family Members

Ajay Jain, the father, sitting in Chandauli, is extremely worried about the safety of his children. He shared that his children were supposed to return to India today, but find themselves stuck now. Ajay Jain has appealed to the Indian government for immediate intervention.

He urges that not only his children but also all Indians stranded in Dubai and elsewhere be brought back safely. The atmosphere of joy due to the impending wedding at home has now turned into one of concern, and the entire family looks toward the government with hopeful eyes.
