On Wednesday, President Donald Trump launched a fierce verbal attack on Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky, labeling him as a 'Dictator without Elections'. This comment emerged after Zelensky accused Trump of being swayed by Russian propaganda, aiming to end the conflict on terms favorable to the Kremlin.

'A Mere Comedian...'

Trump asserted, 'Imagine, a mere successful comedian, Volodymyr Zelensky, convinced America to spend $350 billion on a war that should never have started. Yet, it's a war they cannot end without America and 'Trump'.'

Trump branded Zelensky as a 'Dictator without Elections'. Due to Russia's invasion in February 2022, Ukraine postponed its April 2024 elections. On Wednesday, Zelensky retorted, accusing Trump of living within the 'bubble of Russian disinformation'.

Zelensky Outraged by US-Russia Meeting

On Tuesday in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia's capital, a meeting between Russia and America discussed ending the Ukraine conflict. Post-meeting, President Trump claimed Zelensky's approval rating plummeted to four percent, contrasting recent surveys indicating a 57 percent approval. Rejecting the meeting's outcomes, Zelensky stated Ukraine would not accept decisions made without its participation.

'Trump Trapped in Russian Propaganda Bubble'

Denying Trump’s assertions, Zelensky stated on Wednesday that the American President is ensnared in Russian propaganda. He told Ukrainian TV, 'Removing me isn't possible now. The claim of a four percent approval rating is a product of Russian misinformation. Trump is ensnared by this false narrative.'
