On the final day of the Mahakumbh in Prayagraj, UP DGP Prashant Kumar applauded the police officers, stating that they captivated the hearts of all with their conduct, without resorting to weapons. The full abilities of the police force were put to the test and they excelled, successfully concluding the Mahakumbh without any major incidents.
According to DGP Prashant Kumar, pilgrims in large numbers are visiting Shiva temples across the state, engaging in prayer and devotion. As the Mahakumbh came to its final day, over 650 million devotees took a sacred dip in Prayagraj's holy waters over the 45-day event. We presented an unprecedented model of crowd management, security, and technology as per Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath's directives. State-of-the-art technology and AI were employed for crowd management and surveillance. The cooperation from all agencies enabled us to perform outstandingly.

We have set examples to inspire future generations.
