Manish Sisodia Gathers 4 Million INR through Crowdfunding, See Atishi's Support

In a pioneering effort, Manish Sisodia, the former Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi, has become the first AAP leader to amass 4 million INR via crowdfunding for the assembly election campaign. He stated that he secured over 4 million INR to contest the upcoming assembly elections from the Jangpura seat through this creative approach.

In a social media post, Sisodia shared updates on his campaign launched on December 30, where 331 people contributed amounts ranging from 100 to 500 INR.

Expressing gratitude for the support, Sisodia said, "I needed a maximum of 4 million INR to run from Jangpura. I'm delighted with the wholehearted support from compatriots nationwide. A total of 4 million INR has been raised with the backing of 331 companions. It's noteworthy that 50 people contributed 100 INR, while 36 others donated 500 INR each."

Honest Utilization of Funds

Assuring voters, Sisodia emphasized that these funds will be utilized with utmost integrity and dedication. He also pledged to foster the development of Jangpura and continue the educational revolution in Delhi post-election victory.

Sisodia assured, "Every single penny of your hard-earned contribution will be spent with honesty and effort. After winning the election, I will work for Jangpura's development and advance the educational revolution in Delhi. Jai Hind, Jai Bharat."

Atishi Raises 1.7 Million INR

Delhi's Chief Ministerial candidate Atishi launched a crowdfunding platform on January 12 to support her campaign for the Kalkaji seat. Within hours, 335 supporters contributed 1.738 million INR. Atishi highlighted the overwhelming response to her campaign as a testament to the unwavering faith in AAP's clean and transformative politics.

Other AAP Leaders Seek Support

Fellow AAP leaders, including Satyendar Jain and Durgesh Pathak, have also initiated crowdfunding campaigns for public support. Note that Delhi elections are scheduled for February 5, with the results to be announced on February 8.
