Rahul Gandhi Questions Election Commission's Conduct...
Rahul Gandhi accused the Election Commission of facilitating the BJP's win in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. During a press conference at the Congress headquarters, Rahul Gandhi highlighted that Prime Minister Narendra Modi owes his position to 25 seats won with narrow margins of less than 33,000 votes. Presenting statistical evidence, he cited the Bengaluru Central Lok Sabha seat's Mahadevapura assembly constituency, where 100,250 fake votes were allegedly created.
Discussing the in-depth investigation into the Mahadevapura assembly constituency, Rahul Gandhi noted that internal surveys predicted the Congress would win 16 seats in Karnataka's Lok Sabha. However, the party secured only nine seats, leading to a focus on seven unexpectedly lost seats. He explained that BBBJPJP garnered 658,915 votes on the Bengaluru Central Lok Sabha seat, compared to Congress's 626,208, securing the seat by 32,707 votes. In the Mahadevapura assembly constituency, the BJP claimed a significant lead of 114,046 votes, whereas in other assembly areas under Bengaluru Central, Congress received more votes than the BJP.

'40,000 Voters with Missing Addresses...'
A senior Congress leader disclosed that the party spent six months rigorously analyzing the Mahadevapura assembly's voter list, uncovering five types of malpractices. Revealing a major discovery, he said 11,965 voters were listed multiple times. Examples like Gurkirat Singh Dang, appearing at four booths, were given, as well as Aditya Srivastava and Vishal Singh, whose names appeared in the voter lists of other states.
Similarly, 40,009 voters in this constituency lacked addresses, or house numbers were marked zero. Rahul Gandhi further disclosed 10,452 voters were listed at the same addresses, with 50 to 80 voters registered at single-room residences found vacant during investigations. Voter lists showed 4,132 voters with either no photos or photos too small for identification.
'Misuse of Form 6...'
Rahul Gandhi explained the misuse of Form 6 meant to add new voters. Through this form, 33,692 voters, including those aged between 70-75 and 85-95 years, were fraudulently added as first-time voters, amounting to a total of 100,250 fake votes.
Rahul Gandhi remarked that after surprising results in Haryana and Maharashtra assembly elections, his doubts solidified. In Maharashtra, one crore new voters registered between Lok Sabha and assembly elections. He mentioned observing unexpected voting percentage jumps after 5 pm when larger crowds weren't visible at polling stations.
Further explaining, Rahul Gandhi accused the Election Commission of denying machine-readable digital copies of voter lists and CCTV footage, preventing opposition parties from conducting their investigations. He insisted these actions confirmed the Election Commission's collusion with the BJP in rigging elections. He stated that the Election Commission altered laws to restrict CCTV footage access.
