The Traffic Police revealed that on Friday, a fine of 4000 INR was issued against RJD MLA Tej Pratap Yadav for riding a scooter without a helmet near CM House. It's reported, the scooter's insurance and pollution certificate had also expired.
Traffic Police SHO Brajesh Kumar Chauhan confirmed, 'A viral social media video showed a helmet-less scooter rider with expired insurance and pollution certificates, resulting in a cumulative penalty of 4000 INR.'
On March 15, during Holi, Tej Pratap Yadav visited CM Nitish Kumar after celebrating at his official residence. This journey led to the scooter fine, with Tej Pratap humorously referring to Kumar as 'Paltu Chacha.'
