Long Passenger Lines at Lucknow Airport

Despite DGCA's retraction of new regulations for airlines, passenger problems persist. At Chaudhary Charan Singh Airport in Lucknow, flights are being cancelled since morning, forming long queues of travelers. Nine flights have been cancelled since morning.

Passengers argue that it is not only Indigo Airlines' negligence but also the DGCA's oversight. When regulations were drafted, ensuring airlines had sufficient flying staff should have been a priority. Indigo has not expanded its staff according to government regulations, causing chaos nationwide.
