Pakistani Intruder Caught at International Border: Avneet Kaur Meeting Alleged

The Border Security Force (BSF) successfully captured a Pakistani intruder near the international border in Jammu's RS Pura sector. Officials informed on Monday about the arrest of a Pakistani infiltrator at the International Border (IB) in the RS Pura sector. Identified as Siraj Khan, a resident of Sargodha in Pakistan's Punjab province, Khan was reportedly crossing over to meet Punjabi actress Avneet Kaur. The BSF, along with other agencies, continues to interrogate him.

Siraj was spotted by alert BSF personnel at the Octroi post around 9:20 PM on Sunday night, eventually leading to his capture near the border fence. An official stated that some Pakistani currency notes were recovered from Siraj. The ongoing inquiry aims to uncover his real purpose of sneaking across the Indian border.

The BSF issued a press release regarding the arrest, mentioning a suspicious activity witnessed around 9:10 PM on September 7, 2025. A Pakistani was seen aggressively attempting to cross the international boundary into Jammu's Suchetgarh tehsil and advance towards the border fence.

The vigilant soldiers warned him, but he ignored them. Sensing potential danger, the BSF personnel fired at him and apprehended him. During subsequent questioning, he identified himself as Siraj Khan, son of Zahid Khan, from Village 27 Chak, Bhalwal tehsil, Sargodha district, Punjab, Pakistan. He admitted his mission was to meet Punjabi actress Avneet Kaur.
