In response to precise drone strikes from India's Operation Sindoor, Pakistan is deploying an extensive counter-drone system along the Line of Control (LoC) with Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK). Pakistan is gripped by concern over the potential of 'Operation Sindoor 2.0,' and has thus set up new anti-drone systems in the areas facing Rawalakot, Kotli, and Bhimber sectors.

Pakistan has strategically positioned over 30 advanced anti-drone units along the LoC. This initiative is predominantly managed by troops from the 12th Infantry Division (Murre Headquarters) and the 23rd Infantry Division. The brigade in the Kotli-Bhimber area is actively engaged in this effort, with the objective of bolstering aerial surveillance and electronic warfare capabilities near the LoC.
