Investigations reveal that young individuals and a significant number of minors were orchestrating the violence. Those involved ranged from ages 10 to 20, contributing to the violent clashes. Images emerging from the turmoil clearly depict that it was indeed children and youths driving the violence. The footage distinctly shows the ages of the perpetrators, primarily between 10 and 20 years old. Initial inquiries also suggest that many in the violent mob were migrant laborers who had returned home to Murshidabad for the Eid holiday. Many of these youths and children appear to have limited education.
