Preparing for Case Transfer Based on Age
Burdened with severe charges of murder and abduction, the accused is presenting a fresh claim through his lawyer Balram Som. According to them, the accused, not yet 18, falls under the category of a juvenile. In the next two to three days, a bail application will be filed, and a petition will be prepared to transfer the case to the Juvenile Justice Board.
