Upon arrival, the police escorted Mushir and his family to the hospital, where five succumbed, including Mushir Ali, his wife Husna Bano, niece Huma, Hiba, and niece Raiya. Mushir's two daughters, another niece, and son Azmat were critically injured.
The blast's force even demolished a room wall. Initially, police suspect a short circuit caused the fire, triggering two cylinder explosions. Firefighters, with the aid of three fire engines, managed to curb the fire.
