It is noted that during the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown, Shivam Mishra drove his luxury car to Nainital from Kanpur. Reports suggest a heated exchange with Nainital police occurred. It is alleged that a woman accompanying him in a black Porsche misbehaved with police officers and even kicked them. The police had ordered the removal of tinted films from the car windows, escalating disputes.
A Thrilling 200 km/h Drive
On social media platform 'X', user Akshay Arya claimed that on February 6, the same Lamborghini was spotted racing over 200 kilometers per hour on the Yamuna Expressway between Delhi and Vrindavan.
Income Tax Raids
In 2024, the Income Tax Department conducted raids on KK Mishra’s ancestral tobacco firm, Banshidhar Tobacco, in Kanpur and Delhi. During the raid, it is reported that Shivam pointed a gun at the officers, later justifying it by claiming he suspected an armed robbery attempt.
