Dog Falls Through Ceiling
Eyewitnesses reported that the dog accessed the ceiling via the ventilation system, and its weight, combined with continuous rain, caused the false ceiling to give way suddenly. The dog fell right into the middle of the operating theater, just moments after a surgery was completed.
The hospital's engineering team inspected the scene and discovered that the false ceiling was constructed near the ventilation area, providing a path for dogs to enter. Officials expressed serious concerns about dogs repeatedly accessing the roof and promised a swift resolution.

Hospital workers noted that packs of dogs are often spotted on the roof. During the rainy season, they seek shelter inside the false ceiling through the ventilation path, posing a significant threat to the safety of patients and staff.
Hospital staff member Abha Kumari explained, 'The ceiling was already weakened by leaking water and the dog's weight caused it to fall suddenly. Thankfully, a major mishap was avoided.'
