From Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia to Pravesh Verma, Ramesh Bidhuri, and Devendra Yadav—top leaders from the Aam Aadmi Party, BJP, and Congress are all set to file their nominations today. The reason behind this rush lies in the 'Vijay Muhurat'. According to the Hindu calendar, the victorious time is from 2:15 PM to 3 PM today. Leaders from all parties aim to file nominations during this auspicious period.
Former CM of Delhi, Kejriwal, will file his nomination from the New Delhi seat. Before doing so, he plans to visit the Valmiki and Hanuman temples for blessings, and then head to the District Election Office to submit his papers. Deputy CM Manish Sisodia will also file his nomination from Jangpura for AAP. Saurabh Bhardwaj from Greater Kailash and Gopal Rai from Babarpur will join the nomination wave as well.

In a gesture of goodwill before filing his nomination, Pravesh Verma personally assisted women with shoes at Valmiki Temple. Meanwhile, senior BJP leader Vijender Gupta found solace in prayers at Rohini's Ram Temple before proceeding to file his nomination.
