Yati expressed that the UP police have unconstitutionally confined him, and he seeks liberation.
Two days ago, secretary Mohammed Yusuf of the Hazrat Khwaja Garib Nawaz Welfare Association in Maharashtra lodged a public interest litigation against him. This video was shared with the media by Dr. Udita Tyagi, secretary-general of the Yati Narsinghanand Saraswati Foundation.

Yati Warns of Potential Assassination
In the video, Narsinghanand claims that his life is under threat from 'trained assassins.' He emphasized his need to clarify his previous statements about the Prophet, gathering evidence from authentic Islamic texts. Yati stated his desire to present evidence to the High Court to ensure justice, arguing that no judgment can be fair without understanding both sides of the declared crime.
Yati Needs to Gather Evidence
Yati mentioned, 'I am unable to gather evidence while under this confinement. I need to collect proofs from various sources.' Earlier this month, Narsinghanand was booked for delivering a hate speech during an event in Ghaziabad on September 29, where he made remarks against Prophet Muhammad inciting widespread protests.
