The sixth accomplice in Changur Baba's conversion syndicate operating in Balrampur has been apprehended. Identified as Rajesh Upadhyay, he works as a clerk at the CJM Balrampur Court. Interestingly, Changur Baba purchased property worth 160 million in Pune under the name of Rajesh's wife. This arrest was executed by UP ATS.
UP ATS reported the arrest of Changur Baba's sixth accomplice on Sunday. Rajesh Upadhyay, employed as a court clerk, had property purchased by Changur in his wife's name in Pune.

Changur Baba Arrested from Balrampur
Changur Baba, accused of illegal conversions, was arrested from Balrampur by UP ATS. As the case unfolds, several revelations are coming to light. Police state that the self-proclaimed guru, Jalaluddin alias Changur Baba, was at the center of a multi-state conversion racket and had traveled to Kathmandu to strengthen ties with Pakistan's ISI.
Changur Baba's Direct ISI Connection Attempt
Besides converting economically weaker Hindu families, Changur allegedly planned to establish direct connections with ISI. Sources reveal he intended to arrange marriages of converted Hindu women with ISI agents and sleeper cells in Nepal.
Recently, a meeting occurred at the Pakistani Embassy in Kathmandu with ISI agents present. Representatives from Pakistan's National Defense University also attended, including ISI officials. The Pakistani delegation toured the India-Nepal border area, highlighting strategic interests.
