On the first day of his two-day visit to the election-bound state of Bihar, Prime Minister Narendra Modi convened a meeting with Members of Parliament, legislators, and party officials of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) at the party's state office. This gathering in Patna at the Bihar BJP headquarters lasted approximately 70 minutes, where PM Modi engaged in dialogue with the leaders, providing them with strategies for the upcoming Bihar elections.

PM Modi reminded the leaders of the journey BJP has traversed and the sacrifices of their predecessors, drawing a definitive line regarding ticket allocation ahead of the assembly elections. According to information from BJP sources, PM Modi highlighted that BJP has reached this stature after four generations and has become the world's largest party. He emphasized the importance of honoring the sacrifices of ancestors that allowed them to reach this point.

In a significant message to potential defectors ahead of the assembly elections, PM Modi addressed those who switch parties during election season only to return eventually. He remarked that the significance of such individuals diminishes over time. The greatest asset in the party is patience, he stressed, and with patience comes respect and recognition. He also sent a clear message to those hoping for candidacy opportunities for their family members in the elections.

PM Modi asserted the need to eliminate familial legacy in politics, stating that positions should not be automatically passed down as if in feudal traditions. The emphasis, he argued, should be on merit, and party workers should be given priority. He questioned, "Why do workers toil tirelessly? Shouldn't they receive the rewards of their hard work?"

Drawing a clear line for hopeful candidates, PM Modi stated that having a strong social media presence is critical for candidacy. Leaders and workers should remain active on these platforms. He noted that aspiring candidates should have at least 50,000 followers on social media. Sharing the winning mantra, he said, "Strengthen the booth. Only a strong booth will lead to electoral victory. Win the booth, win Bihar. The message of 'Mann Ki Baat' should be shared at every booth."

He encouraged leaders to take government achievements to the public. Highlight the positive work done and create awareness among the masses. PM Modi urged leaders to inform the public about the success of 'Operation Sindoor.' He also pointed out the crucial international stance against terrorism, especially how Pakistan has been globally exposed, stressing the importance of communicating these actions to the people. How terrorism has been addressed needs to be conveyed as well.
