On the Chief Minister question, Union Minister Chirag said that Amit Shah had mentioned that the decision of the CM will be made by the legislative party. I want Nitish Kumar to remain as the CM. Referring to the results of 2020, he said many people were responsible for our party’s loss then. To show differences with JDU, talks like Chirag played with JDU back in 2020 were spread, and this time JDU did the same.

Moreover, Union Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi's son Santosh Suman also visited the CM’s residence, congratulating Nitish Kumar on his victory. Manjhi’s party has also registered victories in five out of six seats.
