Four Youth Congress activists have been arrested for staging a protest at the AI Summit. According to sources, the activists initially planned to sneak into the venue with printed stickers on black umbrellas. However, fearing that the umbrellas might attract attention during security checks, they switched their strategy to using printed stickers on T-shirts.
The police are currently investigating where these stickers were printed and who else might be involved in this entire conspiracy.
In reaction to the protest by Congress workers, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) activists gathered outside Rahul Gandhi's residence on Friday to demonstrate their disapproval. The BJP criticized the Congress for the incident and expressed their displeasure over the protest at the AI Summit.
Appearance in Patiala House Court
Delhi Police have arrested the four accused in the AI Summit protest case and will present them at Patiala House Court today. Several serious charges have been added to the FIR, and during the arrest, there was a scuffle with the police officers. Given the suspicion of a larger conspiracy, the Delhi Police are also investigating from this angle.
BJP to Protest at Congress Headquarters Tomorrow
The political controversy over the Indian Youth Congress workers' protest at the 'AI Impact Summit,' held at Bharat Mandapam in Delhi's Pragati Maidan, has intensified. Protesters breached the security barrier and shouted slogans against Prime Minister Narendra Modi, leading to their detention.
In response, the BJP announced a protest at the Congress headquarters at 10 AM on Saturday. BJP MP Sambit Patra accused that the protest was staged not merely at street level, but strategically planned at Rahul Gandhi’s residence.

Meanwhile, Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta and Union Minister Anurag Thakur have labeled it as a plot to tarnish the country's image. Manoj Jha remarked that although there is anger within the country, demonstrating at such an international platform was not the right option.
