Divide Pakistan into Two, Integrate PoK with India: Appeal by Revanth Reddy to PM Modi

A candle march was held in Hyderabad on Friday in support of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy's stance against the Pahalgam terror attack. Several leaders, including AIMIM MP Asaduddin Owaisi and Congress politician Salman Khurshid, participated in this protest. Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to give a befitting response to Pakistan and terrorists, expressing solidarity with the center in tackling the aftermath of the terrorist attack. He insisted, "Strong action should be taken, even if it means integrating PoK with India."

Leading the candlelight rally against the terrorist attack, Revanth Reddy stated, "Decisive actions by the central government are needed to prevent incidents like Pahalgam."

He reminded everyone that former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee once compared the then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi to goddess Durga for her role in Bangladesh's creation in 1971.

'Not a Time for Compromise, but a Retaliation...'

CM Reddy said, "PM Modi, remember goddess Durga and take action, whether it’s an attack on Pakistan or another measure. Steps against Pakistan should be initiated today. This isn’t a time for compromise; retaliation is needed. Move forward, and we will stand with you. 1.4 billion Indians are with you."

Reddy added, "Divide Pakistan into two, integrate PoK into India. We will stand with you. You are a devotee of goddess Durga. Remember Indira Ji."

Speaking in front of Indira Gandhi's statue, Reddy also expressed condolences from the Telangana government to the victims of the Pahalgam terrorist attack.

Owaisi and Several Leaders Join the Candle March

At the event, AIMIM President Asaduddin Owaisi, senior Congress leader Salman Khurshid, Telangana Minister, former cricketer and Congress leader Mohammad Azharuddin, and other leaders were present. International delegates attending the two-day 'Bharat Shikhar Summit' organized by the Congress government in Telangana also participated in the candle rally.

In the meantime, numerous protests erupted in various parts of the state against the Pahalgam terror attack. Asaduddin Owaisi tied black bands in a mosque before Friday prayers and urged people to wear them in protest of the Pahalgam terrorist attack.

Party sources reported that Owaisi wore black bands and distributed them at a mosque in Shastripuram. Muslim youth staged protests against the terrorist attack at the historic Charminar after Friday prayers. Muslims in Begum Bazaar closed their shops and took part in a peaceful rally, while protests were also held in Malkajgiri.
