As security agencies delve deeper into the Pahalgam terror attack investigation, a startling revelation comes forward from a female tourist from Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh. The woman states that just before the attack on April 20th, during her trip to Baisaran Valley, someone resembling the sketch of a suspected terrorist reportedly took her on a mule ride.
The tourist claims these individuals posed several odd questions during that encounter, touching on religion, visits to religious sites, and the religious identity of friends. The tourist has shared photos from her phone and screenshots of a WhatsApp group chat, corroborating that her friends could also identify these individuals. The image depicts a man in a maroon jacket and pajamas.

She recounted that this person inquired if she had ever visited Ajmer Dargah or attended the Amarnath Yatra. Upon her reply that, although registered, she hadn't yet gone for the Amarnath Yatra, the suspect advised against registering and suggested merely providing a date for someone from their side to meet her. During the interaction, when she asked him for a phone number, he replied dismissively about his phone being faulty and making a lot of noise.
'Plan A is a Brake Failure', 'Plan B Involves Sending 35 Guns'
Soon after, the man's phone rang, and she overheard encrypted conversations about 'Plan A being a brake failure and 'Plan B regarding 35 guns, hidden in grass.' Sensing her attentiveness, he switched to conversing in his local dialect.

Do You Prefer Hinduism or Islam?
The tourist recalled him asking whether she preferred Hinduism or Islam. She responded that she appreciated both religions. Subsequently, he queried about the number of Hindu and Muslim friends she had, and whether she had ever read the Quran. Her reply was negative due to her lack of Urdu proficiency, but he remarked that it is available in Hindi. At this point, she started feeling uneasy.
The Attack Could Have Occurred on April 20
The tourist further claims that there was an absence of security at the location on that day and believes the attack could have happened on April 20 but was perhaps postponed for some reason. Her friends, frightened by the incident, are reluctant to come forward, yet acknowledge these people in WhatsApp chats.
