Eyewitnesses at the scene reported that Anant Singh remained patient yet visibly concerned as the nomination deadline loomed closer. Eventually, as the train moved on, the railway gate was lifted, allowing Anant Singh's convoy to advance.

Convoy halted as railway gate closes
The incident took place near Badh railway station. Observers at the scene noted that once the gate closed, Anant Singh's convoy, consisting of numerous vehicles and supporters, halted. Supporters chanted "Long live Chhote Sarkar" while Anant Singh surveyed the situation from his jeep.

Running on a JDU ticket and first to file the nomination
Anant Singh is contesting the elections from the Mokama constituency on a JDU ticket, having set out to file his nomination on Monday. He is reportedly the first candidate to file a nomination on a JDU ticket in this election. Media personnel and locals were present during the event. The brief delay concluded as soon as the gate opened, and the roadshow resumed with the convoy exhaling a sigh of relief.
