Aditya shares that his preparation journey spanned nearly 4-5 years. Despite initial failures, he never conceded defeat. After not passing the 2018 and 2020 preliminaries, he qualified in 2019, 2021, and 2022, also securing a position as a Co-operative Inspector in 2021, yet the dream of being a Deputy Collector kept him moving forward.

Aditya attributes his success to the relentless support of his parents and family, notably his aunt and uncle, who motivated him to study diligently from his childhood. Aditya revealed, "In my childhood, I struggled to differentiate between D and B, but my family's blessings and support led me to this achievement."

Aditya said, "My father always had faith in me. When I was selected as a Co-operative Inspector in 2021, he acknowledged it but remarked the true task was still ahead. It was his trust and encouragement that brought me this success."
