The political landscape in Bihar is once again stirred over government accommodations. Following the order for former Chief Minister Rabri Devi to vacate her 10 Circular Road residence, her elder son Tej Pratap Yadav is also required to leave his government-allotted home. Currently, Tej Pratap held the bungalow at 26, M Strand Road, but the latest order grants this residence to Lakhendra Kumar Roshan, a newly appointed minister in the government.
Tej Pratap Must Leave His Government Residence
On the issue, BJP has articulated its stance clearly. State party spokesperson Neeraj Kumar stated that Rabri Devi has been allocated a new residence, and as per rules, she should vacate 10 Circular Road. He emphasized that the government will monitor the situation closely, hoping the Lalu family will not damage government property.
The Controversy Becomes a Major Political Debate
Neeraj Kumar also remarked on the Lalu family's past record regarding government properties, indicating the government will keep a close watch. This controversy over government accommodations has now escalated into a significant political debate, which may intensify in the coming days.
