It is alleged that the bouncers also treated the victims' families improperly, all in the presence of police. A viral video depicts police themselves applying the car cover, while bystanders protested against this action. The bouncers were seen trying to prevent the witnesses from removing the cover.
DCP Central Atul Srivastava confirmed that a case has been registered based on the complaint received, and investigations are ongoing. Video footage shows the accused, Shivam, departing the vehicle post-accident, yet his name remains absent from the FIR.
Details of the Incident
This accident occurred around 3:15 PM near the Rev-3 Mall, as a luxury car driven by businessman K.K. Mishra's son, Shivam Mishra, allegedly lost control, causing panic by colliding with bystanders and multiple vehicles.

Eyewitnesses recount that the car initially struck an auto-rickshaw and then a parked Royal Enfield motorcycle, sending the rider soaring almost 10 feet in the air. The car rode up the motorcycle's front wheel, dragged it a short distance, and stopped after hitting a lamp post.
One victim, Taufiq Ahmed, was hurled several meters away, sustaining severe leg injuries, while others suffered from fractures and wounds. Instead of stopping the car post-collision, Shivam Mishra purportedly attempted to flee, prompting outraged bystanders to smash the Lamborghini Revuelto's windows.
