On February 2nd, the Indian team will face England at Mumbai's Wankhede Stadium. After a 15-run victory at the Maharashtra Cricket Association (MCA) Stadium in Pune, India seized the five-match T20 series. With an unassailable 3-1 lead, this final match may see changes in Team India's playing XI.

In the past six years, India hasn’t lost a bilateral T20 series at home. The last home series defeat was against Australia in February 2019. Since then, India played 17 home series, claiming victory in 15 and drawing 2.

For today's fixture, India might shuffle their lineup from the Pune T20 match. Harshit Rana, substituting due to concussion, came in for Shivam Dube, who made 53 runs but was injured by Jamie Overton's 141.5 km/h delivery.

With potential rotation, Shivam Dube may rest, paving the way for Ramandeep to play his first match this series as a replacement.

Under workload management, Captain Surya and Coach Gautam Gambhir might rest Arshdeep Singh. Mohammed Shami seems likely to return to the lineup in Mumbai. When he played in Rajkot, Shami bowled economically, giving away 25 runs in 3 overs, suitable for a T20 format. Indian bowling coach Morne Morkel hinted at Shami's comeback after the Pune match.

As for the England squad, they are unlikely to alter their playing XI. Sanju Samson (4 matches, 35 runs) and Captain Suryakumar Yadav (4 matches, 26 runs) have underperformed this series but are expected to shine in Mumbai.

Team India's Probable Playing-11:

Abhishek Sharma, Sanju Samson (wicketkeeper), Suryakumar Yadav (captain), Tilak Varma, Hardik Pandya, Ramandeep Singh, Rinku Singh, Axar Patel, Ravi Bishnoi, Mohammed Shami, Varun Chakravarthy.

England's Probable Playing Eleven:

Ben Duckett, Phil Salt (wicketkeeper), Jos Buttler (captain), Harry Brook, Liam Livingstone, Jacob Bethell, Jamie Overton, Brydon Carse, Jofra Archer, Adil Rashid, Saqib Mahmood.
