According to the IMD, Delhi's maximum temperature this whole week is expected to hover around 25 degrees Celsius, with a minimum temperature around 6 degrees Celsius.

Residents of Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, and Western Uttar Pradesh should be particularly cautious, as severe cold with fog is expected to be prevalent.

On December 9th, the sky in Delhi and its surrounding areas may remain overcast, potentially resulting in light rain. Presently, Delhi's minimum temperature is around 7 degrees Celsius, but due to increasing cold, this temperature could drop further to around 3 degrees Celsius post December 10th. The current snowfall over the Himalayas and the western disturbance could make the weather even colder in Delhi and across Northern India.
Possibility of Dense Fog in Many Regions
Additionally, dense fog is expected to cover many areas in Northern India on December 9th and 10th, which could affect daily life. Among the plains in Northern India, Hisar city in Haryana leads the coldest with its minimum temperature reaching 4.7 degrees Celsius.
