Hailing from Banda district in UP, Shehzadi Khan was sentenced to death in Dubai. Her father, Shabbir, accused Agra resident Uzair of enticing her to Dubai, where she was implicated in a child's murder case. The police initiated a case against Uzair, but have now filed a final report, essentially clearing Uzair of any wrongdoing.
Reportedly, Uzair allegedly lured Shehzadi to Dubai with promises of love. While staying with Uzair's uncle and aunt in Dubai, Shehzadi was accused of murdering their child following the child's death from a vaccination. Consequently, Shehzadi was sentenced to death by a Dubai court and was executed on February 15. Her funeral is scheduled for March 5 in Dubai.

Shabbir Khan filed an FIR against Uzair and his relatives, accusing them of fraud and trafficking via the court, prompting a police investigation. Police investigations concluded that neither Uzair nor his family were involved. This information was shared by Sandeep Kumar, the officer in charge at Mataundh police station in Banda.
According to Shabbir Khan, Shehzadi was allegedly sold by Uzair to his uncle and aunt in Dubai under false pretenses, living as a domestic worker. Following the child's death, Shehzadi was blamed for murder and sentenced to death.
After Shehzadi's sentencing, her father, Shabbir, pursued legal action against Uzair and others, resulting in a police investigation. After considering evidence and testimonies, the police concluded the case with a final report, clearing Uzair of wrongdoing.

Police officer Sandeep Kumar reported that Shehzadi and Uzair were acquaintances, maintaining regular contact. She voluntarily traveled to Dubai on a two-year visa. Upon examining the FIR filed by her father and other evidence, no culpability was found with the accused. Until her sentencing, Shehzadi lived and worked in Dubai without complaints from her father. The complaint was lodged only after the sentencing. The case has since been closed with the final report filed.
