Donald Trump is safe- Secret Service

The Secret Service stated that Trump is secure and measures are in place for his protection. Following the incident, the rally grounds were evacuated. The Secret Service is investigating the shooting as an assassination attempt. The FBI has also arrived on the scene to cooperate in the investigation.

The rally took place in Butler County, Greater Pittsburgh area, Pennsylvania. The District Attorney reported that the suspected gunman was neutralized and at least one person attending the rally died, with another in critical condition.

About a minute later, he emerged, his red "Make America Great Again" cap off, and could be heard saying "stop, stop." Secret Service agents then escorted him to a vehicle.

After the event, Trump's right ear and face were marked with blood. The exact circumstances of his injury are not yet clear. Videos indicate blood on the right side of Trump’s face and ear. It is reported that armed officers were also stationed on a roof near Trump's stage.

The shooter is deceased, and Trump mentioned a bullet striking the upper part of his right ear. He instantly knew something was wrong after hearing a loud noise, realizing a bullet had skimmed his skin.

Joe Biden condemns the shooting

President Joe Biden, in Delaware, spoke with the media after attending church. He remarked, "I've been informed about the shooting at Donald Trump's Pennsylvania rally. Glad that he is safe and in good health. There's no place for such violence in America. As a nation, we should condemn it." He added he lacked full information and thus could not provide a factual opinion.

Global Outrage Over Shooting at Donald Trump's Rally

International leaders have expressed their dismay and condemnation of the incident. British Prime Minister Keir Starmer stressed that political violence has no place in our society. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was appalled by the attack on President Trump, extending his wishes for Trump's safety and swift recovery.

US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin stated that the entire defense department condemns the violence, which has no place in democracy, emphasizing that this is not the way differences are resolved in America - nor should it ever be.
