Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addressed the United Nations General Assembly on Friday, stating that Israel must complete its mission against Hamas in Gaza. He delivered his speech amid growing international pressure and isolation. As Netanyahu took the stage, several diplomats from various countries boycotted him, leaving the assembly hall nearly empty. Despite this, Netanyahu proceeded with his address.

As Netanyahu began speaking, there was a noticeable uproar in the hall. While many delegates left, the U.S. delegation remained seated in support. Not only that, but as he started, some individuals greeted Netanyahu with applause.

According to Reuters, during his speech, Netanyahu utilized a map and a QR code to draw attention. He even wore a QR code on his suit jacket and displayed a board featuring Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) that he invited the audience to read aloud, also taking the opportunity to commend former U.S. President Donald Trump multiple times during his address.

Order for Loudspeakers Around Gaza

Before his speech, he instructed the Israeli military to place loudspeakers around the Gaza Strip, intending to ensure Palestinians could hear his address. As reported by Axios, nearly all representatives from Arab and Muslim countries walked out during Netanyahu's speech, joined by representatives from a few African and some European countries.

Netanyahu is facing significant international pressure, accusations of war crimes, and demands to cease military actions. Friday's speech presented a crucial opportunity for him to present his case on the global stage. Recently, countries like Australia, Canada, France, and the UK recognized an independent Palestinian state. However, Netanyahu made it clear that a two-state solution would reward Hamas, something he will never accept.
