Ready to End Old Disputes, But...

During an event, Uddhav Thackeray stated that, during the Lok Sabha elections, we mentioned that Maharashtra's industries and businesses were moving to Gujarat, and if you (Raj Thackeray) had opposed it then, the current central government wouldn't be there, and we would have established a government understanding Maharashtra's interest. He clearly stated that support sometimes, opposition sometimes, compromise sometimes—this policy will no longer work.

The political landscape in Maharashtra is once again in a state of flux. The reason? A statement by Raj Thackeray. In a podcast with Mahesh Manjrekar, Raj Thackeray remarked that these petty disputes seem insignificant compared to the existence of Maharashtra, and coming together is not difficult, but it's a question of desire. This raised questions in political circles: are Uddhav and Raj Thackeray coming together?

On the other hand, Uddhav Thackeray's response to Raj Thackeray's statement has also surfaced. He expressed his readiness to end minor disputes but laid down conditions for Raj Thackeray, stating that he will not entertain anyone opposing Maharashtra's interests at his home.

During an event, Uddhav Thackeray made a significant statement, offering a hand of unity for Marathi unity and Maharashtra's benefit. Uddhav said he is willing to end all pointless disputes for Marathi and Maharashtra's betterment. He appealed to all Marathi people to come together for the good of Maharashtra. He pointed out that during the Lok Sabha elections, we warned that Maharashtra's industries and businesses were going to Gujarat, and if you (Raj Thackeray) had opposed it, the current government wouldn't have been in power and instead, we would have had a government both at the center and state that thinks for Maharashtra's welfare. We would have uprooted oppressive worker laws. He decisively stated that this policy of sometimes supporting, sometimes opposing, sometimes compromising will no longer work.

Conditions Laid for Raj Thackeray

Uddhav mentioned regarding Raj Thackeray that firstly, you must commit that I won’t compromise on Maharashtra’s interests, nor will I invite or visit such people, nor share a platform with them. I won't entertain or sit with them. Then, you can talk about the interests of Maharashtra. As for disputes, anyway, I never had a quarrel with anyone, but today, I am ending all disputes.

Decide Whom to Align With: Uddhav

Uddhav Thackeray stated that now, all Marathi people should decide for the interests of Maharashtra whether to align with BJP or us. But Eknath Shinde’s traitor camp should not be supported. Maharashtra's interest is my only condition. He urged people to decide whose association would benefit Maharashtra, with me or BJP.

Enemies of Maharashtra Should Not Enter Our Homes: Sanjay Raut

Meanwhile, Sanjay Raut, a member of the Uddhav faction, mentioned that Raj Thackeray has said if there are grievances between the two brothers, he is ready to put aside his ego and resolve it for Maharashtra's best interests. To this, Uddhav Thackeray responded that we are brothers and have no complaints, but if any exist, he will resolve them. However, enemies of Maharashtra and Shiv Sena (UBT) should not be allowed into our homes. If you agree to this, we will definitely talk.
