The aftermath of this disastrous event saw scorched individuals fleeing in chaos. As cries for rescue filled the air, many risked their own safety to help others. Amidst the turmoil, a chilling video surfaced, capturing a man named Harlal pleading for help as flames surrounded him.
The man caught in the video, Harlal, had been hitching a ride on a truck, headed from Jaipur to Sikar. Only two minutes later, he became part of this fiery calamity. His uncle, Mohanlal, rushed him to SMS Hospital, where unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries.
The Uncle Narrates the Scene
In an exclusive interview with Aaj Tak, eyewitness Mohanlal shares the horrific details, recounting how he went to see off his nephew and another friend earlier on the day of the incident. Harlal had taken a lift from a truck driver towards Sikar, but barely 500 meters into the journey, a massive explosion occurred. Harlal's friend Rajulal called Mohanlal immediately to alert him.

Mohanlal describes the aftermath, noting how victims began to run for safety, including his nephew Harlal, who was severely scorched, crying out desperately for help. With assistance, Mohanlal managed to transport Harlal to the hospital. Later, his friend was also rushed there via ambulance. Mohanlal and his nephew worked in the marble business together.
'Surrounded By Flames Everywhere...'
Another eyewitness, Sunil, provided a firsthand account of the grim accident to Aaj Tak. He described, "We were traveling from Rajsamand to Jaipur. Suddenly, there was a blast right next to our bus. Flames were everywhere, even inside the bus."
Attempting to escape, they realized the main door was locked. Sunil and a few others managed to break a window and exit, though some remained inside and suffered burns.
