The Rashtriya Congress Party (Sharad Pawar faction) MLA, Rohit Pawar, has launched a trenchant criticism against the Maharashtra government regarding the investigation into Ajit Pawar's case. He made it clear that wasting time in the name of investigation will not be tolerated, and that a CID investigation could be conducted in the state.

Rohit Pawar claimed that a report concerning the investigation has already been submitted to the central ministry, DGCA, and all relevant parties. The complete report has also been handed over to the Chief Minister.

Rohit Pawar stated, 'So far, only 30 percent of the information has come to light, while 70 percent is still in our possession.'

He also questioned the efficiency of the CBI, noting that currently, the CBI has around 7,000 cases pending, out of which 2,500 cases have been pending for over a decade.

Questions on the Black Box

Raising concerns about the black box, Rohit mentioned that it is being said the black box has burned, yet he has received its photographs. He warned that any foul play would cost the government dearly.

He further added, some information has reached his ears. However, he is not accusing the women of the family. But whether the companies related to the leaders will undergo a transparent investigation is a major question. He also expressed the expectation that Naidu should not hold the position until the investigation is complete and mentioned that several key leaders could not attend a meeting due to being stuck in different places.

The Experience of Sharad Pawar

Rohit Pawar highlighted the extensive experience of senior leader Sharad Pawar, stating that Pawar Saheb is the most experienced leader in the country, with 60 years of experience, unparalleled by any other leader. His experience can be leveraged, and he should be positioned there.

He acknowledged that Sanjay Raut has also expressed his desire, and when discussions occur, all parties will stand united. He also mentioned that Pawar Saheb's health has improved from before.

Emotionally, Rohit stated, everyone is raising questions, and as a Marathi individual, it is important to know what happened with Ajit Kaka. He said this is the first session occurring without Ajit Pawar. He used to be the first to arrive and the last to leave the house.

He continued, 'Ajit Kaka was a Marathi person and leader. Wearing good clothes and discipline were important to him. He used to say, no matter what happens, we should fight - that's why we are fighting.'

He shared that Ajit Pawar presented the budget 11 times, and if he were present today, he would have held the record for presenting the budget the most times. Rohit believes that with a little more time, Ajit could have even become Chief Minister.

Rohit Pawar reiterated his commitment to raising questions for Maharashtra's benefit. He cautioned the government about the disrespect of great men’s statues and demanded the immediate closure of the related resort.

He remarked that the Haryana government must also act swiftly on this. Concluding, he emphasized that no Marathi person in Maharashtra will rest until it becomes clear what truly happened to Ajit Pawar.

Fadnavis remarked that the void left by his departure is visibly apparent, and the sorrow from his untimely passing can never be lessened. The Chief Minister stated that his untimely demise is a significant loss to the state's politics.
