The case involving the assault on Swati Maliwal has ignited fierce political debate in the capital city of Delhi. Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's personal secretary Vibhav Kumar was remanded in police custody for 5 days by the court late at night. Kejriwal hit the streets today in a show of protest accompanied by party leaders, launching a scathing attack on the BJP and Prime Minister Modi.

The Delhi Police attempted to stop party leaders from reaching the BJP office, which culminated in Kejriwal and other AAP executives sitting down near the police barricades. However, they eventually returned to the AAP headquarters. Earlier, Kejriwal had stated they would sit for 30 minutes and consider it the BJP's defeat if they were not arrested.

- Kejriwal set off from the AAP office with party leaders. The AAP plans to stage a protest against the arrest of their party leaders outside the BJP headquarters.

- Kejriwal declared their march towards the BJP office, saying that if they are not arrested today, it will signify the BJP's defeat.

- Over the last two years, they've started arresting our leaders one by one, including Manish Sisodia and Satyendar Jain, Kejriwal claimed. He called upon the Prime Minister to arrest everyone at once, asserting they are not afraid.

- Kejriwal labeled the Delhi liquor scam as a fabricated case. He questioned the whereabouts of the supposed scandal money, stating that not a single rupee has been recovered.

- Kejriwal accused the BJP of plotting to finish AAP with three plans: arrest their leaders, freeze their accounts after the election, and vacate their office. He has cautioned that any immediate action could generate public sympathy for AAP.

- Thinking they can destroy AAP this way, Kejriwal addressed the BJP, reaffirming that AAP wasn't a small party but the party of the dreams of 140 crore people. He lauded the work done in Delhi and Punjab, particularly in public schooling, that he claimed the PM could not match and hence was trying to obstruct.

- Kejriwal claimed at a press conference on Saturday that following the assault on AAP MP Swati Maliwal and the arrest of his colleague Vibhav Kumar, the BJP plans to jail prominent AAP figures, including Raghav Chadha, Atishi, and Saurabh Bhardwaj.
