From the heart of Haryana's Sonipat, a harrowing incident has been reported, where two innocent children became victims of a murderous plot fueled by a love affair. The day prior, a local woman reported her 7 and 10-year-old children missing, sparking an immediate police investigation. Upon questioning, she revealed her romantic involvement with a young man, who she suspected in the children's disappearance.
The investigative trail led police to her lover who, in a desperate attempt to flee, leaped from a rooftop and sustained injuries. Hospitalized, the lover's past threats against the children came to light, as did the mother's strained marital history, now living alone with her sons, Vansh and Yash.
Love affair ends in the murder of two innocent children
The mother shared that after leaving her sons at school on February 21 and returning from work, they were nowhere to be found. She had feared the worst - kidnapping.
Police lodged a missing persons report on February 22. They discovered the woman's affair with Nitin, a man from Kabirpur, who had repeatedly threatened her children's lives. The children's father Rahul accused his estranged wife and her lover of the murder.
