Amid election code enforcement, Kanpur police were conducting checks. On April 3rd, during evening hours, the Assistant Commissioner of Police of Kalyanpur with his force detained a black car flaunting a big nameplate, boasting 'Government of India' and 'Income Tax Officer'.
