On Thursday, U.S. President Donald Trump signed the founding charter of the Peace Board in Davos, Switzerland. With this, Trump's Board of Peace, designed to resolve conflicts, was officially launched.
During the launch, Trump stated that the initial aim is to fortify the ceasefire in Gaza. A total of 22 countries signed this charter during the ceremony.
Countries that signed the Gaza Peace Board include the United States, Bahrain, Morocco, Argentina, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Bulgaria, Egypt, Hungary, Indonesia, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Mongolia, Pakistan, Paraguay, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, and Uzbekistan. This includes eight Islamic nations in total.
However, France, Norway, Slovenia, Sweden, and the UK have decided not to join the board, while other nations have yet to respond.

The White House invited 60 countries to join this board. Leaders from nations like Pakistan, the UAE, Argentina, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar were present. However, India did not participate in this signing ceremony.
It should be noted that Trump proposed this board last September 2025, as part of his plan to end the Gaza conflict. Initially, it was reported that the USA extended an invitation to about 60 countries.
