According to police statements, the identities of the two boys involved in this heinous act have been ascertained. A dedicated police team is in pursuit, and their capture is imminent.
The heart-wrenching incident transpired in Gali No. 8, Gandhi Nagar, Shahdara. Reports suggest that Sufiyan, around 20 years of age, suffered a merciless end with three fatal bullets. According to Sufiyan's father, it was his own friends who orchestrated this act. The distressing turn of events began on November 23 when a boy named Sanam snatched a cap Sufiyan used to wear.
Sufiyan, in an attempt to retrieve his stolen cap, got into a scuffle with Sanam. This disagreement escalated, leading to Sanam carrying out the gruesome act with his friends today. Upon their arrival, police found the scene fraught with clues: four empty cartridges and bloodstains. They later identified the victim as Sufiyan, a 20-year-old resident of Sonia Gandhi Camp, Gandhi Nagar.

DCP Shahdara Prashant Gautam stated, "Around 7:15 PM, we received a report from the Gandhi Nagar area that a man had been shot and succumbed to his injuries. Upon reaching the location, we confirmed the victim's identity as Sufiyan, an e-rickshaw driver residing in Sonia Gandhi Camp, Gandhi Nagar. Our investigations have revealed the names of the two involved boys, and we've activated a police task force to apprehend them. Four empty shells were recovered from the scene."
