RSS leader Indresh Kumar has notably reversed his previous statement. He observed that the current political atmosphere is crystal clear: those who opposed Lord Ram are out of power, whereas devotees steering the country under Narendra Modi's third term are in charge. Kumar is confident the nation will progress exponentially under Modi's leadership, a sentiment he wishes to flourish.

What had RSS leader Indresh Kumar said?

On June 13, while addressing the 'Ramrath Ayodhya Yatra Darshan Puja' celebration near Jaipur, Indresh Kumar spoke about the BJP in the context of devotion to Lord Ram, suggesting that arrogance hindered the party from gaining ultimate power despite becoming the largest party.

Emphasizing the difference in outcomes for those with or without faith in Ram, Kumar pointed out that the united opposition still fell short of becoming number one, standing instead at the second place, illustrating what he sees as divine justice – truthful and satisfying.

Political turmoil follows Indresh Kumar's statement

Post Indresh Kumar's sarcastic remarks about the BJP and 'India block', the political scene heated up. Bihar's BJP minister Nitin Nabin stated that BJP has never politically exploited Lord Ram's name, instead working to preserve the nation's cultural heritage. Nabin chose not to comment extensively on Kumar's intention, reiterating their cultural preservation efforts.

JDU MLC targets Kumar's statement

JDU MLC Khalid Anwar counteracted Kumar's statement, referencing prior accusations against Kumar of terrorism and blast involvement, which were dropped when BJP came to power. He advised that BJP, not RSS, should introspect on its own political shortcomings.

Congress MP criticizes BJP leadership's arrogance

Meanwhile, Congress MP Pramod Tiwari echoed Kumar's remarks on arrogance within the BJP leadership, hinting that RSS cannot shirk responsibility and should have controlled these leaders over the last decade. He wonders why these concerns were not raised before the election.
