The powerlessness of the police against the ever-growing courage of illegal mining mafias has become evident in Alwar district of Rajasthan. In the Tehla area around Sariska, illegal mining is blatantly happening day and night. During this period, the statement of the SHO of Baswa police station was recorded on camera, which is now quickly going viral on social media.

In the viral video, the SHO can be seen openly stating that the police and administration are intimidated by the illegal mining mafias. He claims that the mafias are attacking police officers and even resorting to firing at the administration, boosting their confidence further.

The Full Story Behind the Illegal Mining

The incident happened last night when a tractor loaded with illegally mined stones recklessly crashed through a wall of a house, crushing three goats to death. The incident caused panic in the area, spreading anger among the villagers.

Upon receiving information, the police from Baswa, Bandikui, Rajgarh, and Tehla stations rushed to the scene. Although they tried to pacify the villagers, no concrete action against the illegal mining mafias seemed evident.

The Threat of Attacks on Police

Goat owner Hardayal Gurjar reported the loss of his three goats in the mishap. SHO Ramcharan of Baswa police station declared that the courage of the illegal miners has grown to such an extent that they attack the police if any action is taken. He revealed that unauthorized sand and stone transportation is continually occurring in the villages around Tehla.

According to him, a gang from Rajgarh is active in the illegal mining business. These mafias remove the number plates of their tractors and do not hesitate to commit any crime if pursued by the police.

Questions Raised About Government's Campaign

The SHO's video is now going viral, exposing the loopholes in the government's campaign against illegal mining. In Govardhanpura, Palpur, and nearby villages of Tehla, illegal mining continues day and night, with stone supplies being made to factories.

It is reported that illegal stones were also extracted from the main roads of Rajgarh town a few days ago, but no action has been taken so far. Meanwhile, the police are actively investigating the matter.
