Opposition leader and Congress MP Rahul Gandhi reached out to the violence-affected individuals in Manipur on Monday. Around 3 pm, he visited relief camps in Churachandpur, engaging in heartfelt interactions with the residents there.

Rahul Gandhi's third visit amid unrest in Manipur
Priyanka Gandhi wrote, 'Hundreds have lost their lives. Thousands live in relief camps, yet the federal BJP government has not initiated positive measuress for restoring peace, nor has the Prime Minister visited. This is Rahul Gandhi's third visit since the unrest, bringing a message of peace and solidarity to the people.'

Rahul Gandhi also reaches Jiribam and Churachandpur
It is noted that the Leader of the Opposition visited a relief camp in Tuibong village and talked to displaced families affected by the violence. During his visit, he also traveled to Jiribam and inspected the Thalai Youth Care Center, an area adjacent to the violence-hit zones of Manipur.
Rahul Gandhi meets flood-affected in Assam
Earlier in the day, Gandhi visited Assam, meeting with flood victims. 'The devastation of the floods in Assam is heart-wrenching. Innocent lives such as 8-year-old Avinash were snatched away. My deepest sympathies to all bereaved families.',' wrote Rahul Gandhi. He highlighted the grave mismanagement by the BJP's 'double engine government' which failed in its promise to create a 'flood-free Assam' with over 60 deaths, 53,000+ displaced, and 2,400,000 affected.
Rahul Gandhi to reach Raebareli on Tuesday
The schedule anticipated Rahul Gandhi's arrival in Raebareli on Monday, which was, however, postponed. Now, he is expected to arrive on Tuesday morning. Around 10:00 am, he will halt at the Bhue Mau Guest House, where various delegations will meet him. He will then make a surprise visit and depart from Fursatganj near 5:30 pm.
